Pediatrics at Chartley is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Manager. We are looking for a computer savvy, energetic, and efficient team player to join our dedicated staff of medical professionals. Our pediatric practice is a GREAT PLACE to work! We offer excellent benefits-- including 401k, Health Insurance and Paid Holidays. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow

- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service

- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processes

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and administrative records

- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment

- Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency


Skills and Qualifications:

- One to two years supervisory experience in customer service or healthcare settings

- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills

- Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills

- Proficiency in computer systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality

- Prior healthcare experience highly preferred

- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems highly preferred

- Experience with Office Practicum highly preferred

- Knowledge of billing and insurance processes highly preferred
