Equipment Services Supervisor

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise Equipment Services personnel, including workload planning, project coordination, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure efficient maintenance operations and employee development.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs in partnership with maintenance planning and reliability teams to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company safety policies, identifying hazards, and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating maintenance processes, repair methods, and equipment service practices while implementing enhancements that improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage key administrative functions, including work order systems, spare parts inventory control, payroll approvals, department expense tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Support talent management activities including hiring, performance evaluations, goal setting, wage reviews, succession planning, and employee growth and development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business > 20% per week (more than 8 hours) and an MVR is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance. Basic computer knowledge and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills with a commonsense approach.
