Job Duties
- Perform order entry and editing for orders.
- Review and process orders with remote entry systems.
- Process credits and re-invoicing.
- Provide basic support for all inquiries.
- Research invoices to approve and/or deny.
- Complete basic reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Very little to no travel and overnight stays unlikely
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (Business)
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Good computer skills
