Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) 

Position Overview: As an LPN,  you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid, current nurse license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year experience in long term care preferred. 
• Strong Clinical judgement and critical thinking skills.
