Position Summary
Wally鈥檚 House is seeking a compassionate Child and Family Therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health services for children and adolescents who have experienced abuse, along with support for their non-offending caregivers. The therapist will provide evidence-based, developmentally appropriate treatment, primarily using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), while working collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary team (MDT) partners to promote healing and resilience.
Essential Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Provide trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and caregivers.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Engage caregivers as active partners in treatment.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Provide crisis intervention and facilitate therapeutic groups as needed.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Collaborate with MDT partners, schools, medical providers, child welfare, law enforcement, and community agencies.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client confidentiality.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Participate in peer consultation, continuing education, and quality improvement.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Assist with agency training, grant reporting, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Master鈥檚 degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Oregon licensure preferred; supervision toward licensure is available.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽TF-CBT certification or willingness to complete training.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Experience providing trauma-informed therapy to children and families preferred.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Master鈥檚 degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

Compensation & Benefits
This position is full-time with the option of part-time/job-share. Full-time employees are eligible for:
