Cost Accountant/Senior Financial Analyst

One of our favorite manufacturing clients in the Fridley area is growing and is looking to add a Cost Accountant/Senior Financial Analyst to their fantastic team. As the Cost Accountant/Analyst you'll be supporting month-end/period close activities, reporting and operations support, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and assisting creating efficiencies.

As the Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the ongoing maintenance of the Cost Accounting elements for all Parts


• Partner with and provide financial guidance to the business unit leaders and operational teams for two facilities


• Month end / Period end responsibilities


• Financial reporting


• Financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support


• Analysis of financial performance


• Ad-hoc projects

Key Qualifications for the Cost Accountant / Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required


• Master's Degree a plus


• Minimum of three years experience


• Tech Savvy


• Great communication skills


• High attention to detail
