Job DetailsJob Location: Solid - Minneapolis, MN 55427Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year MISSION   PD Instore is a future-forward creator of brand solutions that enlightens, inspires, and transforms the consumer’s experience.     ABOUT PD   Founded in 1938, PD is a world-renowned design-to-build partner that crafts custom, future-forward brand solutions for some of the largest brands in retail.     Summary   PD is looking for an organized, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven Installation Coordinator to help manage the installation of high-end retail fixtures for some of the world's leading brands. In this role, you will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion. The Installation Coordinator demonstrates a commitment to PD's core values of integrity, passion, possibility, and the ability to work at the speed of retail.   Essential Duties/Responsibilities   Issue purchase orders and approve invoices for vendor services Create Scope of Work documents detailing project requirements and expectations Assess situations, determine response and communicate efficiently and effectively Expedite sensitive information from field to client, vendor and coworkers Compile, communicate and distribute updates across multiple systems Maintains optimistic, confident relationships with client, internal departments and vendors Ensures assembly instructions, installation guides and PORs are up to date Confirm completion of vendor services per SOW Responsible for reviewing site surveys for accuracy prior to presenting to client Verify accuracy of post-installation documentation for upload and posting Performs other duties as assigned Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment Follows all safety and workplace policies   Competencies and Skills   Self-starter, excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task, adjust and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in cross-functional teams, organize information from multiple sources and complete projects per plan Strong decision-making, problem solving and time management skills Excellent coaching, facilitating and flexibility Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate work efforts Aptitude in reading and understanding, installation instructions, CAD drawings and floor layouts Excellent Excel, Acrobat and Mac based software skills (CAD preferred, but not required) Intermediate knowledge of construction and assembly Readiness to travel, work off hours/night/weekends as needed Ability to demonstrate and apply our workplace values Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment   Education/Certification   High School Diploma or GED College degree preferred   Experience   Minimum of 1-2 years of construction management, architecture, fixture project management or related field   Physical Requirements and Working Conditions   Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.   Benefits and perks we offer to full-time, regular employees   Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 4% 401k Match with 5% Employee Contribution Paid Time Off Parental Leave 8 Paid Holidays Flex Time   STD, LTD and Group Life Insurance FSA and HSA Options Voluntary Life Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Legal and Identity Theft Plans Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Career Advancement Professional Development Opportunities Employee Recognition English as a Second Language Education Online Training Opportunities Qualifications
