What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 - $42.00 per massage service hour, based on the service provided (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This combines both clocked-in wages and commission. Pay rates reflect your experience and skills, with additional commission opportunities for services like CBD, Cupping,Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal, and Lymph Drainage.

• Flexible Shifts: We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours. One weekend shift is required, and if you work both weekend days, there is an additional commission. Plus, enjoy paid turnover time and guaranteed annual raises!

• Comprehensive Benefits: We provide paid sick time for all staff, health insurance partially covered for full-time team members (30+ hours per week), and a 401 (k) plan for qualifying part-time or full-time employees.

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of experience working as a Massage Therapist.
• Must work at least 2 shifts a week. We are looking for someone to work at least Fridays and a weekend day . Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in Colorado.
• Must be reliable, professional, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Must be able to adjust pressure during massages, including offering Deep Tissue services.
