HVAC Warranty Technician – $26-$28/hour + Company Truck & Full Benefits

Are you an experienced HVAC tech who likes being the Fix-It person on the team? At Fix-It 24/7, we’re seeking a Warranty HVAC Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our fast-growing, service-driven team.

What You’ll Do:

Perform diagnostics and warranty repairs on residential HVAC systems
Work with the service and install teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues from previous and current installations/repairs.
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
Represent Fix-It 24/7 with professionalism and pride

What You Need:

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA certification required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating weekends
