What You’ll Do

  • Generate new mortgage business through community involvement, networking, and relationship building
  • Develop referral partnerships with realtors, builders, financial advisors, and local businesses
  • Opportunities to meet with members to assess needs and recommend tailored mortgage solutions
  • Structure, price, and present loan options with confidence and clarity
  • Guide members from application to closing with exceptional communication
  • Stay current on products, guidelines, compliance, and market trends
  • Consistently meet or exceed production goals

 Qualifications

  • Active NMLS registration required
  • Proven track record of production
  • Demonstrated success in business development and referral generation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend community events and networking functions
  • Personal smartphone capable of supporting current iOS or Android operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation
