PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

 
Experience Level: Master or Journeyman 
 
 Overview:

As Plumbing Service Manager, you will supervise, train and assist Service Plumbers and service  incoming plumbing calls.   You will be responsible for managing, training, ordering materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Plumbing emergency and/or install projects. 
 
 

 Essential Functions:

 

Service Calls: Customer Communication planning and development.

 

Overseeing fellow Plumbing Technicians

 

Assist with Estimates, Coaching, Assisting in Service when required.

 

Develop onsite planning to streamline material, parts delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval.

 

Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities.

 

Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work. 

 

Always prioritize jobsite safety compliance. 

 

Attend weekly Staff meetings / Scheduling weekly Technician Huddles.

 

  

·        Strong knowledge and experience related to management and training.

·        Scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations. 

·        Solid understanding of the City/County codes and installation methods.

·        Proficiency in Service Titan Program.

·        Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning.

·        Effective communication and organizational skills.

·        Reliable attendance, punctual.

·        Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented. 

·        Take pride in your work!

·        On site working conditions, you must have the ability to continually stand, lift/carry heavy objects, climb ladders, work in variable conditions such as extreme temperatures, with noise, dust, mud debris, etc.

 

 Qualifications and Experience:

 

·          Colorado Master or Journeyman Plumbing License, required.

·          3-5 Years Experience in Management / Training

·          Valid driver license, clean driving record

·          Pass Drug Test
