What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing service calls and emergencies
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
Perform inspections and recommend solutions customers can trust
Accurately document work performed, time, and materials
Work closely with teammates, dispatch, and leadership
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

Required

1+ year of residential plumbing experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed

Preferred

2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication

Schedule & Shift Options

Flexible shift options available:

- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Later shifts (10–8 and 12–10) are a priority need
Rotating on-call schedule shared across the team
