 Position Summary
We are re-freshing our New Call Center.  We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
  • Supporting each CSR and Dispatcher
Qualifications
  • Previous Customer Service (CSR) experience (HVAC/plumbing industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling Service Titan software
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Bright and alert - Great attitude at all times
  • On Time / Attention to Sick time
