We are re-freshing our New Call Center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

 Position Summary
We are re-freshing our New Call Center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
- Supporting each CSR and Dispatcher
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service (CSR) experience (HVAC/plumbing industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
- Proficient with computers and scheduling Service Titan software
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Bright and alert - Great attitude at all times
- On Time / Attention to Sick time
