Job Description:

Information Technology Employment Description: 

Work with a broad spectrum of information technology, assisting all types of information technology needs, including working with developers, analysts, administrators and end-users.  Assists those not in the IT field with their computer or computer systems.  Works with external consultants, agencies, and vendors to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems. 

Information Technology Primary Responsibilities Include:

_____Install, test and configure computers, printers, peripheral equipment and software

_____Add change or remove users form Active Directory/Exchange/EHR & Billing Software

_____Set-up of applications on end-user workstations

_____Provide support for all Windows Operating Systems

_____Technology troubleshooting including root cause analysis

_____Assist approximately 95 end-users, both local & remotely, using various connectivity software

_____Manage back-up routines

_____Monitor users SOP & ensure the office is in full compliance with HIPAA Security Laws

_____Maintain hardware & software updates for PC’s, Laptops, Servers, (both local, SQL & virtual)

_____Modifies utilities, software, hardware, etc. for workstations, servers, and network resources

_____Escalate issues with our EHR support representative as needed

_____Prepare, repair, and install computers and related equipment,

_____Ensures connections to the data communication network are established and in working order

_____Interact with internal clients to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner

_____Comply with and help to enforce standard IT policies and procedure

_____Assist in the implementation of all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments

Accounts Payable Employment Description:

Monitors/manages outgoing bills and invoices on behalf of the company.  Record transactions, create reports, and tracks income and expenses and checks figures for accuracy.

Accounts Payable Job Requirements

_____Receives, opens and logs invoices into data base

_____Receives Business Manager’s approval before paying invoices

_____Compares invoices against check request for accuracy

_____Print, sort, and organize checks

_____Put together and process company checks once printed

_____Mails checks once returned with signature

_____Monitors spreadsheet/database to ensure invoices are paid on time

_____Contact creditors with questions or concerns about invoices
