Job Title: Scaffold Builder

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in the scaffolding industry, a strong understanding of safety standards, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding in accordance with safety regulations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of scaffolding on construction sites.
• Ensure that all scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and comply with company safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding equipment.
• Report any issues or defects in scaffolding to the site supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CITB, CSCS, or equivalent).
• Experience working as a scaffolder on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and blueprints.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with various scaffolding systems (e.g., tube and fitting, system scaffolding).
• Forklift or other machinery operating license (optional).
