Are you a hands-on problem solver with a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service? The Retreat at Dry Creek is looking for a skilled, upbeat, “can‑do” Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our winning team.

What You’ll Do

Bring your expertise and energy to a variety of maintenance needs, including:

• Completing service requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintaining apartment grounds
• Unit punches and make-readies
• General plumbing and electrical repairs
• Pool upkeep and maintenance
• Organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop
• Handling after-hours emergency on-call work orders (shared rotation)

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Shared on-call rotation
• Weekend availability required

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• HVAC experience required
• HVAC and/ or CPO certifications a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
