JOB DESCRIPTION           

POSITION SUMMARY: Master Bagger Opr 0003 -  Goodlettsville Case Ready Plant

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $22.10/HR

This position is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining assigned production equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations. The Team Member is expected to ensure equipment and processes meet established production, quality, food safety, and safety standards while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position requires working collaboratively with team members and leadership to promote a safe, productive, and continuous operating environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure assigned equipment and work areas are functioning efficiently and performing to established production expectations.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment, process, or product issues.
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate equipment, production, and safety concerns to leadership as needed.
• Comply with all Tyson policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
