No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Generous Paid Time Off 401(k) Comprehensive Health Benefits Malpractice insurance provided License reimbursement and CEU support Paid training and onboarding Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.  Key Responsibilities:  Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practices Documentation withing 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medications Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions Compliance with facility, state and federal regulations/protocols. Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment  QualificationsQualifications: Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset #HP123
