Starfish Hospitality Group invites you to explore positions within our growing restaurant group. Our upscale, yet inviting, concept showcases Asian Coastal Cuisine across our tastefully designed restaurants, our Coastal Catering division, and our concession brand, The Cove by Starfish.

We are dedicated to cultivating a positive and healthy culture, built on passion and commitment, and we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service with quality and consistency in every space. Our locations span from Southern Orange County to Scottsdale, Arizona.

We are seeking to add a Host to our dynamic team as we expand our concept.

Responsibilities

Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
Organize and accommodate guest reservations and requests.
Accurately quote wait-times to guests.
Facilitate take-out and delivery order fulfillment.
Able to speak knowledgeably about the restaurant and our offerings.
Side-work as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Previous host experience preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Possess a strong work ethic.
Be able to work in a standing position for duration of shift.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Compensation: $15.15 - $22.00 per hour
