Experience The EMBREY WayĀ by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance AssistantĀ at Senna at Canyon Trails. Ā 

Ā 

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • InspectĀ andĀ maintainĀ theĀ property,Ā buildingsĀ andĀ equipment.
  • Organize,Ā prioritizeĀ andĀ completeĀ unitĀ make-readies,Ā serviceĀ requests and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.Ā 
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
  • MaintainĀ supplies,Ā toolsĀ andĀ equipmentĀ neededĀ for maintenanceĀ andĀ repairs.

QualificationsĀ 

  • One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
  • Possession of minimum tools required
  • Ability to be availableĀ ā€œonĀ callā€Ā 24Ā hours,Ā seven days a week
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License

Ā Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
