The role

As a Maintenance Technician at IPL you will:

1 Provide technical interface to Product Development for smooth, efficient transfer of products and processes.

2 Machine repair to including electrical repair, trouble shooting, circuit boards, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, Material delivery system, compressors, and chillers, as well as work on silos 50 plus feet high.

3 Record operational data such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventative maintenance records.

4 Comply with all pertinent OSHA standards.

5 Follow and understand acceptable quality control systems associated with parts and tooling.

6 Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and records for all manufacturing equipment.

7 Provide technical support to manufacturing team for all manufacturing processes, as well as all facility support.

8 Ability to read parts breakdown and machine electrical and hydraulic schematics.

What you will bring to the role:

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Equivalent experience

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding in a Manufacturing environment. Experience with large precision molds and large tonnage machines.
