About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator who thrives on bringing people together and keeping our office running smoothly. Beyond managing day-to-day administrative operations, this role is key to fostering a supportive, collaborative workplace culture where team members can leverage their unique talents and feel heard.

This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who genuinely enjoys anticipating needs, supporting others, and creating a positive, welcoming environment with minimal supervision.


What You’ll Do


  • Culture & Team Support: Support team-building activities, office celebrations, and initiatives that enhance connection, morale, and mutual support across the team.

  • Office & Meeting Logistics: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage conference rooms, handle catering, and oversee event logistics.

  • Vendor & Process Research: Conduct thorough research on vendors, office processes, and supplies, presenting clear recommendations for management approval.

  • Operations & Supply Management: Serve as the main point of contact for administrative requests, oversee office supplies, inventory (including company SWAG), and personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Workplace Environment: Ensure shared office spaces and conference rooms remain clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming.

  • General Administration: Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence with warmth and efficiency.
