Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner position in Phoenix, AZ.

We are looking to bring on a Part Time NP to join our Private Office located in Phoenix, Arizona!

We are a well-established Outpatient Private Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients in Assisted Living Facilities and their homes.

We service North Phoenix and West Phoenix.

Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Hours are: Monday - Friday: 9am - 4pm

No weekends.

Our Compensation is: $50 - $65 per hour.

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Active/Eligible Arizona NP license.
1 year or more of previous experience in Home Health or Geriatrics is preferred but not required.
New Grads OK!!
