Warehouse Associate

Job Expectations:

• Skilled on warehouse electrical equipment, ie. electric pallet rider, forklift, etc.
• Commitment to MLCo safety policies, procedures and ability to promote awareness.
• Able to meet or exceed minimum efficiency productivity levels able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Use of the MX7 Scanning Device to pick and receive product
• Accurately use electric pallet rider to pick, run, load pallets (must have experience and pass our equipment assessment)
• Accurately build pallets from bottom up with high quality structure
• Shrink wrap product on loading dock
• Attend all company meetings
• Other duties may be assigned
• Ability to work independently of Direct Supervision
• Able to work OT and Holidays (if needed) with some weekend work required
• Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner
• Attendance - must be punctual and reliable
• All training provided by MLCO Co.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires to work in (Dry or Freezer)- picking and Loading product in various locations - ask for details.
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend for 8 hours
• Requires lifting, 5-50lbs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screening, Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
  • Pass our equipment assessment on the Yale Rider Electric Pallet Rider ( usually done at time of application and/or interview)

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or Equivalent
  • 1 year warehouse experience
  • Electric Pallet Rider: 1 year (Required) (Picker and Receiver position)
  • Reach Forklift: 1 year (Required) (Forklift Position)
