Join a well-established and respected real estate law firm throughout the Lowcountry.  We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented attorney to become an integral part of our collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a firm that values integrity, excellence, and professional development.  

What You’ll Do:
 You’ll play a key role in supporting our real estate litigation practice with a focus on title matters and quiet title actions. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving complex title issues
  • Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records
  • Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions
  • Conducting in-depth public record research
  • Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions
  • Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027
  • Civil litigation experience preferred
  • Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities
  • Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements
