FPI is bringing on trainees for our Paid Training Program in Southern and Coastal Maine. From your first day, you're earning. You'll train alongside our inspectors, cover the path to national certification, and develop the kind of working knowledge that turns into a real career. Finish the program, step into a full-time position.

What's Included Paycheck from day one — we cover training materials and certification costs. Hands-on mentorship from experienced inspectors. InterNACHI/ASHI-aligned national certification pathway. What We're Looking For No inspection background required. You should be mechanically minded, thorough, and comfortable working on your own in occupied homes and all-weather conditions. Good with people. Reliable vehicle, valid license, and a cell phone.

Trades, construction, military, or any hands-on work history puts you in a strong position. No background like that? If you're sharp, motivated, and coachable, reach out anyway.
