About the Role:

The Gel Coat Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining gel coat application machinery to ensure high-quality surface finishes on molded products. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating gel coat or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment within the composites or plastics industry.
