If you are a hard worker, have great attendance and a positive attitude; apply today to learn how you can grow with us too!  Competitive Wages - $17 plus (Pay based on experience)  Weekly Bonus Pay New Hire Milestone Bonuses Health, Vision & Dental Packages 401K Match The CNC Operator is responsible for: Determining materials needs Pulling up programs for routing needs Confirming placement of material on the machine Moving material manually or using an automatic feeding mechanism Monitoring machine operation, and modifying control mechanisms to secure uniformity with specified tolerances CNC programming is not required for this position; applicants must have solid experience setting up and operating CNC-controlled equipment, preferably in a Lead role. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Ideal candidate will possess two (2) years of CNC Operator experience  Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, rulers, gauges, and calipers Knowledge of shop mathematics Ability to lift 20-50 pounds Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 -10 hours shift excluding breaks/lunch Available to work on some Saturdays (Starting out this position, will be expected to work Monday to Friday 10 hours a day and most Saturdays.) 1st Shift will be 5am to 3:30pm  2nd Shift will be  4pm 2:30am Genesis offers a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401k with match, paid holidays and vacations, and bonus opportunities.
