POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as an administrator on the Servicing Team and New Account Team for Everence Asset Management (EAM) to include investment and charitable products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Provides timely, consistent support and communication to the EAM Concierge Team and field staff.
  2. Administers and maintains accounts, including IRA’s and Investment Management Accounts.
  3. Responsible for compliance and suitability analysis prior to new account acceptance.
  4. Responsible for opening new accounts. 
  5. Assists in identifying efficiencies and improvements for new and existing services, including supporting the process of clearly documenting procedures. 
  6. Responsible for comprehending current products and services offered to competently assist field staff. 
  7. Provides timely decisions and consistent day-to-day support to core and direct market field staff.
  8. Identifies and supports innovation and implementation of new products and services.
  9. Collaborates with other team members to handle high-volume activity during peak business cycles.
  10. Assists in cross-training with team members, especially in relation to the EAM New Account Team and EAM Servicing Team, to provide for depth and continuity of support services.
  11. Participates in communications and training for field staff as requested.
  12. Alignment in supporting the Everence mission of empowering financial well-being for faith-inspired living.
  13. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


 QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 
High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience: 

  1. Investment advisory or administration experience preferred
  2. Experience in banking, trust, financial services, etc. preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Ability and willingness to obtain specialized product knowledge and training as requested
  2. High level of interpersonal skill
  3. Exceptional ability to manage time and prioritize individual workload
  4. Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and make decisions
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Proven administrative and organizational skills
  7. Team-oriented: must work very well with internal and external team members
  8. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
  10. Ability to learn new software systems
  11. Alignment in supporting the Everence mission of empowering financial well-being for faith-inspired living
