JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Junior Interior Component Designer to design high-quality, production-ready interior components for next-generation vehicles. Balance design intent, function, ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing feasibility.

You will:

• Create interior component design proposals from brief through production-ready detail

• Communicate design intent with sketching and visualization

• Collaborate across design, engineering, and modelling teammates

• Prepare presentation material and take part in design reviews

Tools: Autodesk Alias, Blender, Photoshop, VRED.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or related field, or equivalent junior experience with a strong portfolio

• Production-ready automotive interior component design experience

• Strong sketching and visualization skills

• Proficiency in Alias, Blender, Photoshop, and VRED

• Understanding of ergonomics, materials, manufacturing, and teamwork

• Available on-site on the west coast of Sweden, longterm full-time

Detail-oriented designer with a strong sense of form, proportion, and tactile quality. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable with occasional international travel.
