About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business-critical applications and processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and improve systems that drive efficiency and value.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy
Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams
Support and improve complex business processes and applications
Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis for system implementations
Work on multiple projects simultaneously as part of cross-functional teams
Provide functional support and troubleshoot application-related issues
What you bring
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
Ability to understand technical systems and communicate with developers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Project management skills and ability to manage parallel initiatives
Need to have
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Certification in SuccessFactors
Basic understanding of programming concepts
Experience improving operational efficiency through technology solutions
Location
Newark, California (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
