Job DetailsJob Location: Summer Adventure Park/Winter Tube Hill - Government Camp, OR 97028Job Category: Hospitality - HotelEssential Job Functions Makes safe decisions while operating attractions. Interacts with customers directly prior to use of attractions. Performs one-on-one customer service by checking tickets and answering questions. Leads customer through the process of putting on and removing harnesses properly. Checks harnesses. Inspects attractions. Abides by attraction opening procedures checklist. Abides by attraction closing procedures checklist. Completes paperwork and log books. Assists customers on tube hill. Moves inventory to a better location as needed. Performs other duties as needed.   Secondary Job Functions Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere. Help out in other departments as needed. Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins. Other duties as assigned. Smiling Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets. Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager. Assist customers. Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests. QualificationsRequirements Must be able to work outdoors. Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner. Able to read and write English. Able to work will with others in a TEAM environment. Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department. Must be reliable. Must be about to work Holidays and Weekends. Must be able to stand entire shift. Must be able to lift at least 40lbs Can work with limited supervisory Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
