We currently have an opening for Shipping & Receiving Associate in our Gowanda Electronics facility, located in Gowanda, NY. This entry-level position supports daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials and finished goods.

Details of the Role: The Shipping & Receiving Associate I performs routine shipping and receiving tasks under general supervision and follows established procedures for packaging, labeling, receiving, and material handling. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Package and ship finished goods according to instructions and customer requirements 
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against documentation
• Prepare basic shipping documentation such as packing slips and labels
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas
• Enter shipping and receiving data into ERP systems
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements
• Perform other shipping and material handling tasks as assigned

Qualifying Attributes and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 
• Shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift 
• Ability to work in a production or shipping environment
