Roessel Joy is seeking a Controller for a well-established manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of accounting experience.
Key responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing cash flow projections, and owning the month-end-close process.
The role also involves working hands-on within the general ledger and overseeing accounts payable and receivable teams.
Manufacturing experience is preferred, and the salary for this position is competitive.

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month-end-close, working hands-on within the GL, and staff management experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage the budgeting & forecasting processes.
Oversee Cash Flow projections.
Own the month-end-close process.
Work hands-on within the GL.
Oversee AP/AR teams.
Work cross functionally to improve financial processes.
Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Experience owning the month-end-close.
Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
