Position Overview:

As a Member Service Representative/Teller at our Grafton branch, you will provide high-quality service by assisting members with their financial transactions, answering inquiries, and recommending appropriate products. You'll play an essential role in ensuring efficient banking operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Process financial transactions accurately, with a focus on secure cash handling and balancing drawers.
• Meet performance targets related to transaction accuracy and service quality.
• Follow all safety and operational protocols to ensure compliance and security.
• Communicate effectively with members and team members through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Participate in training to continue developing your skills and grow within the organization.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are essential for transaction processing.
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude are key to your success in this role.

Hours:

• Monday- Thursday: 8:30-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
