Location: Graham NC
Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week, primarily afternoons)
We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and personable receptionist to support our front office operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experienceÂ
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system; take accurate messagesÂ
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendarsÂ
- Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and document preparationÂ
- Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Â
- Assist with organizing and maintaining QA and compliance documentationÂ
- Prepare and bind materials such as training manuals
- Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and internal recordsÂ
- Provide support to multiple departments as neededÂ
Office & Event Support:
- Order and track office suppliesÂ
- Create badges and laminated materials (new hires, DOT cards, etc.)Â
- Open/close front office and maintain clean, organized common areasÂ
- Support company events and initiatives in partnership with HR, Marketing, QA teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or office experienceÂ
- Experience managing a multi-line phone systemÂ
- Strong customer service and communication skillsÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivatedÂ
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ

- Primarily afternoon hours with occasional morning coverageÂ
