We are looking for an innovative, relationship-focused Membership Manager to join our team and help us take our membership experience to the next level. This is more than a traditional membership role. The Membership Manager will be responsible for transforming OOIDA’s membership function from a transactional service center into a strategic growth engine. This leader will develop and execute strategies that strengthen member relationships, improve retention and engagement, optimize the member journey, and support long-term organizational growth. Working collaboratively across multiple divisions, the Membership Manager will identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and champion improvements that create measurable value for both our members and the organization. This position will play an important role in ensuring every interaction with OOIDA reinforces the value of membership and strengthens our connection with the trucking community. As the Membership Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how OOIDA connects with, serves, and grows its membership. Lead the transformation of the Membership department into a proactive, member-focused business function. Own and continuously improve the end-to-end member experience, from onboarding through renewal. Lead strategic win-back and retention initiatives to strengthen long-term member relationships. Analyze member feedback, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Build strong partnerships across departments to deliver a seamless and consistent member experience. Lead, coach, and develop the Membership team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Develop scalable processes and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.     QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in membership, customer experience, business development, operations, or a related field. Demonstrated success leading organizational change, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.   Helpful Knowledge of the trucking industry Bilingual (English, Spanish)
