The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and managing supplier relationships to support organizational objectives. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and services while maintaining quality, delivery, and performance standards. The position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Experience negotiating contracts and supplier agreements.
- CPSM, CPSD, or other supply chain certifications preferred.
Specific Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
- Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and sourcing opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to walk production facilities and supplier locations.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
