We’re hiring for a Warehouse / Inside Sales position at our Appleton Plant. What You’ll Do: Assist customers in person and over the phone—answer questions, take orders, and provide solutions Handle walk-in sales of products such as stone, dirt, sealers, re-rod, expansion joint, and more Support outside sales efforts through customer outreach, order coordination, and product assistance Conduct telemarketing to contractors and build strong customer relationships Order and schedule product deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records in our system Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready Operate equipment such as a loader and forklift (training provided as needed) Assist with loading materials when needed Utilize online tools to source product information and MSDS sheets Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team player willing to jump in where needed Basic computer skills Good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment testing CDL is not required, but a plus
