Requirements

Position Overview

As a Class A CDL Driver (Semi/Trailer), you will safely transport and deliver bulk petroleum products to customer locations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.

This position requires operating tanker equipment, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a tanker truck in compliance with DOT regulations and company      policies
• Transport and deliver petroleum products to agricultural, commercial, and retail      locations
• Follow scheduled routes and maintain communication with dispatch
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Load and unload hazardous materials safely and efficiently
• Verify load accuracy and delivery quantities
• Utilize electronic logs, onboard technology, and dispatch software
• Complete delivery tickets and required DOT documentation
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Report safety concerns, vehicle issues, and incidents promptly

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Hazmat Endorsement
• Valid Tanker Endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to pass DOT-required drug and alcohol testing
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety

Driving Requirements

• Clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past seven years
• Ability to meet all DOT physical requirements
