Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to join our growing organization as a Nurse Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RN leader who is passionate about improving patient care, supporting clinical teams, and expanding access to mental health services in rural communities across the country.

In this role, you will oversee nursing operations, patient access services, and direct patient care staff while partnering with leadership to improve workflows, enhance patient experiences, and maintain high standards of care.

Position Details

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support nursing and patient access teams
  • Oversee daily operations and staffing needs
  • Mentor and develop direct patient care staff
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve patient care processes
  • Serve as a clinical resource and support quality initiatives
  • Maintain documentation standards and audit readiness

Qualifications

  • Active RN license or ability to obtain licensure in states where RPA practices
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in behavioral health or psychiatry preferred
  • Experience with EHR systems and healthcare operations
