Patient Access Coordinator

Position Details

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access
  • Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
