Join us as a Staff Accountant at BeMobile, where you’ll play a vital role in powering our financial operations while being part of a growing, energized company with over 90 locations across the country.

Position is located in the Grand Forks, ND Corporate Center.

Required skills and qualifications
  • Proficient with an accounting software system, Quickbooks preferred 
  • Ability to manage accounts payable entries, accounts receivable collections, and reconcile daily cash and credit card deposits from the point of sales system into the accounting system
  • Ability to reconcile large vendor payments and Verizon commission data and report errors and discrepancies to the proper teams
  • Strong drive for results and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and other internal systems
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Enter and code invoices accurately and ensure timely processing
  • Monitor overdue receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain clear records of communications and payment statuses
Cash & Credit Card Deposit Reconciliation
  • Reconcile daily deposits from the point-of-sale system with accounting software
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financials
Commission Reconciliation
  • Assist with Verizon commission data review, error reporting, and entry into the accounting system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness
