Warehouse Team Lead
Reporting To: Grand Forks Site Manager
Location: On-Site (705 S 48th Street, Grand Forks, ND)
Position Summary:
ODRA Road Sweepers is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory management, and team performance to ensure the timely and efficient flow of parts and equipment through our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and support.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and components.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and team performance.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Identify internal quality issues such as handling or storage damage
- Assist in incoming goods inspection to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Support 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace.
- Support LEAN principles to optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, workflow efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and systems, ensuring timely reporting of inventory, productivity, operational KPIs, and compliance-related activities.
- Support facility operations, maintenance, inspections, and vendor services to ensure a safe, clean, compliant, and efficiently functioning workplace while identifying and escalating improvement opportunities.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or technical degree preferred.
- 3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems is required.
- Full Driver License
- Ability to drive Full Size Pick up and Trailer
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
