Requirements

Minimum 2 years NICU experience. Altru is a Level III NICU.
Seasoned traveler with at least 2 completed assignments.
Must have EPIC experience.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required for all respiratory therapists at Altru, regardless of what department they will work in.
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts per week. Nights or rotating day/night shifts. Weekend and holiday requirements. Some call as needed.

The NICU Respiratory Therapist performs and documents evaluations and patient assessments. This position provides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment and appropriate education. The therapist identifies significant changes in patient's condition and documents appropriately.
