Role Overview:Â
As an Agriculture Plant Operator I, you'llworkin all aspects of plant and warehouse operations including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, driving a forklift, and general housekeeping. The role requires strong mechanical ability and aptitude.Â

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:Â
Assist with the movement of bulk fertilizer on trucks and railcars. Â
Maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep.Â
Assist with repair, maintenance, and safety issues on all facility equipment. Â
Safely operate equipment, including railcar mover, front-end loader, and forklift. Â
Wear proper PPE (safety equipment) provided on the job site. Â
Report any damage or issues with equipment to management. Â
Complete required training and attend required safety meetings. Â
What You Bring to the Role:Â
1+ years of experienceÂ
Ability to frequently climb ladders, work from heights, and lift or move up to 50 lbs. while working in a non-climate controlled and often dusty environment Â
Good math and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments Â
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Â
Willingness to work overtime hours during busy seasonsÂ
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
