We’re looking for a Financial Solutions Representative to join our Grand Island team.   In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, understand each member’s unique financial needs, and connect them with solutions that help them achieve their goals. Role and Responsibilities

  •  Welcome members and nonmembers while creating a warm, seamless, and memorable experience.
  • Process member transactions and maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
  • Open, close, service, and maintain all types of member accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer.
  • Interview, originate, process, and close consumer loans while following established approval, counteroffer, referral, and denial procedures.
  • Communicate with members throughout the loan process and provide timely, knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
  • Build trusted, long-term member relationships through proactive service, financial education, referrals, and product recommendations.
  • Achieve established lending, deposit, sales, and referral goals while supporting branch and credit union objectives.
  • Educate members on financial products and services to help them achieve short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and keep management informed of significant activities, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of credit union products, services, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and member identification requirements.
  • Represent Trius professionally while supporting a positive, productive, and accountable team environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Follow all credit union security procedures.
