Main responsibilities will include selling heavy and light duty truck parts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent benefits offered. Responsibilities: Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company Cultivate assigned customer territories and accounts Solicit and grow new accounts Primary Duties: Maintains relationships with all customers Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies Maintains parts-related correspondence Keeps up to date on new products Qualifications  High school diploma; associate's degree (AA) preferred Prior sales experience Valid Driver’s License Ability to sit throughout day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single durations approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving fork-lift for short period of time Computer, mathematical and customer service skills Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisions Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven
