HEREāS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Ā
As an integral member of theĀ Burger KingĀ Team, this positionĀ is responsible for:Ā Ā
- The Restaurant General Manager (RGM)āÆhas overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention).Ā Ā
- The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) leads the restaurant management team and oversees the financial controls, operations, people development, guestĀ serviceĀ and BKC compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.Ā Ā
- The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) should be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed, forĀ the properĀ functioning of the restaurant.Ā Ā
- This position is overseen by a District Manager (DM) and directly manages Team Members, ShiftĀ CoordinatorsĀ and Assistant Managers.Ā Ā
- This position interacts with restaurant team members, restaurant management, DMās, customers, members of the field operationsĀ teamĀ and outside vendors.Ā
HEREāS WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:Ā Ā
- High School Diploma or GEDĀ required; 2 years of college preferredĀ
- Complete all internal certification programsĀ
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experienceĀ
- Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitabilityĀ
- Ability to prioritize and organize own and othersā work and time to meet deadlines and objectivesĀ
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age*Ā
