Class A / Class B CDL Ready-Mix Truck Driver

JENNMAR Services is currently seeking full-time Class A and Class B CDL Ready-Mix Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused, and motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Deliver concrete accurately and on schedule.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and inspection reports.
• Assist in maintaining efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B required (Class A preferred).
• Tanker Endorsement required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience (ready-mix experience is a plus).
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
